Consulting Hourly Services: Rates depend on project
MaternOhio’s account’s receivables consulting services
includes one-on-one consultation for A/R analysis (both the pro’s
and con’s of practice procedures), insurance rejection analysis,
insurance appeals process, A/R collections process and protocol
and front desk monitoring and structure.
A/R collections / “clean-up”: 33 1/3% of receipts
*Note: Software link for MaternOhio to gain access to the practice’s
computer is at the cost of the client.
Seminar for the entire practice - $500 per topic
This educational option represents a practice who requests MaternOhio’s
A/R experts to hold a seminar for the entire office. An example
would be traveling out to the practice to hold a seminar on Medicare
or Medicaid. The group charge is in relation to preparation time
as well as to teach and answer any and all questions pertaining
to the topic.
